Agreement to Our Legal Terms
We are Mindlake Ltd, trading as Anomaly AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14894347) with its registered office at Regus Office 206, Fountain Court, Victoria Square, St. Albans AL1 3TF.
We operate www.findanomaly.ai (the “Site”), the application at app.findanomaly.ai (the “App”), and associated services (collectively, the “Services”).
Anomaly AI provides an AI-powered data analysis platform that allows users to upload spreadsheets, connect to data warehouses, and generate interactive dashboards with verifiable SQL queries. By accessing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
Our Services
The Services are intended solely for lawful use. You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including data protection regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload or connect to our platform is done so in compliance with applicable laws and that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Intellectual Property Rights
We retain ownership or licensing rights to all intellectual property in our Services, including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and related materials. Content is provided for personal or internal business use only; commercial redistribution requires our written consent.
You retain all rights to the data you upload or connect to the platform. We do not claim ownership of your data.
User Representations
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you will provide accurate information, are at least 16 years old, and will comply with all applicable laws.
User Registration
You are responsible for securing your login credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to modify or restrict your account if necessary to protect the security of the Services.
Data Processing and AI Usage
When you use our Services, your data is processed as follows:
- •Uploaded files are converted to structured formats and stored securely in isolated Azure storage containers.
- •Only table schemas and small row samples (typically 3–5 rows) are shared with AI models. Full datasets are never sent to external AI providers.
- •None of our AI vendors (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Fireworks AI) train on data submitted through their enterprise APIs.
- •Queries are executed within our infrastructure or your connected data warehouse.

Prohibited Activities
- •Unauthorised access to, or interference with, the Services or their security features.
- •Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Services.
- •Using the Services to store or transmit malicious code.
- •Uploading data that you do not have the legal right to process.
- •Using the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- •Automated scraping or data collection without our prior written consent.
Privacy and Cookies

Subscription and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. Subscription details, pricing, and credit allocations are displayed within the application. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
Termination
We may terminate or restrict access for breaches of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services with reasonable notice. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance where practicable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be attempted through informal negotiation at [email protected]. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs — including queries, analyses, visualisations, dashboards, and insights — are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete results. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying all AI-generated outputs before relying on them for any business, financial, or operational decisions.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any losses, damages, or costs arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
Limitations of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £1,000 GBP, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Electronic Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
